AffiliateTraction is a privately held corporation founded by our CEO Greg Shepard in late 1999. Located in Santa Cruz, California, we specialize in incubating, growing and managing affiliate programs for top internet retailers and brand equity firms.

Originally incubated out of a small bedroom, our company has grown organically and now boasts partnerships with hundreds of affiliate networks, thousands of publishers, and some of the largest brands in the US and worldwide. AffiliateTraction develops and executes online partner marketing strategies that generate consistent, measurable results. By offering targeted human services and technology products modularly, we create a custom, made to order solution for the challenge of the affiliate partner marketing channel.

AffiliateTraction combines submission to multiple Affiliate Networks and an independent program with the power of advertising and public relations. We are the Agency of Record ("AOR") for our clients, which is unique to the firm. AOR status drastically improves results by cutting implementation time, clients' invested time and costs by 50% on average.

CEO Greg Shepard is a published author on the subject of affiliate marketing and is recognized in the industry. In addition, staff members must accumulate sufficient experience to pass the high level requirements of the firm. Furthermore, they are cross-trained between various departments to increase their knowledge of this dynamic industry.
