Positions:

Account Management
Account Management's core objective is to represent the client in all aspects of AffiliateTraction program development, implementation, and optimization. The Account Management role focuses on the day-to-day needs, questions, suggestions, and communication with the client. This department is the point of contact for the client for all AffiliateTraction projects and activities, and is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and setting in motion the plans and campaigns designed to show the client an ROI.

Network Development
Network Development?s primary function is to create relationships on an agency level for AffiliateTraction with Affiliate Networks and pass the benefits of these relationships to our clients. On a daily basis we negotiate on behalf of our clients with our network partners to create quality campaigns to be activated, managed and optimized in said networks. We align our clients? needs and expectations and match this with the demand from our network partners.

Publisher Development
The Publisher Development department is responsible for the setup and maintenance of relationships between clients and publishers. The Publisher Development department relies on direct contact with both publishers and clients to:
  • Attain relationships with new publishers
  • Pair up clients with publishers in relating demographics
  • Maintain a professional ?middle-man? position between publishers and clients
Program Management
The Program Management Department is designed to allow transparency between the affiliate program, affiliates/publishers, and the client. Acting as a liaison, Program Management communicates, optimizes, and assists affiliates who are associated with each affiliate program to ensure client success.

Program Marketing
The Program Marketing Department?s purpose is to ensure all client?s affiliate programs are properly optimized and syndicated for affiliates to find and sign up within every affiliate channel. This is achieved by purchasing ads, running email campaigns, and converting organic traffic into affiliate sign ups.

Account Acquisition
Client Acquisition?s objective is simply acquiring new client accounts; however, AffiliateTraction?s interests lie in top internet retailers and brand equity clients. This department researches companies, acquires approval from executive management, tracks down the correct department?s decision maker and begins the sales process. The department also handles presentations, proposals, projections and manages a sales pipeline.

Creative Development
The Creative Development Department's prime responsibility is to generate custom creative banner packages, landing pages, and website designs in a unique and creative manner. Experience in copy writing is a plus but not a necessity.

Web-Developer:
The right person has great problem solving skills, has excellent Communication skills, Inner drive with experience in Web Design, PHP, Java Script, XML, MySQL, Perl and Coordinates well with others.

Internships:
Looking for an opportunity to break into online advertising, we will train you regardless of your experience! We can offer flexible hours and we will work around your schedule. The right person should have basic computer skills, internet surfing experience, and should be able to multi-task and coordinate with others.
